Squash this. In the main, update Sailfish specific build stuff. #288

SFOS has implmented Firejails (here known as Sailjail). This requires some work to:

  1. specify namespace
  2. specify permissions

The commits here are verbose and can be crushed down since the changes are actually minor. I don't believe that builds for other platforms are effected.

I'm retracting this. I neglected some changes which you probably don't want.
