[Enhancement]
Add support for PAL/NTSC switching.

Hi,
I know I asked this before and got INVALID ticket , but I figured out the 
problem , hopefully you would be able to put this as a feature in d2x.

As I said before , some games get black screen freeze when returning to home, I 
found out the problem , when using a PAL game on NTSC wii , always when you 
return to home you get a black screen , maybe this is a problem with returning 
to WII without returning to loader , so that means no switching back to NTSC 
(or vice versa).

[NOT A d2x problem , just a feature that could be added]

TBH I don't think I'll have the time to look into it. Also I don't have a NTSC 
wii.
Maybe someone else will investigate.
