uDraw tablet #103

if i connect a udraw tablet, wiiflow will stack dump
i dunno if its has always been like that (just got it)

using r549 atm and have d2x v8 final 249 b56 and 250 b57 installed

Try to connect udraw after game launch, it works for me.

This issue is fixed in at least r710 using the ios 58 mode, but still stack 
dumps if i use the cIOS mode

since IOS58 mode is standard with 4.0.3 from all ways you boot wiiflow this 
issue can be closed
