settings go wrong when wiiflow and apps/wiiflow on NTFS #104

from crazyboot

When you put apps/wiiflow and wiflow on an NTFS partition, together with wbfs
(games), then settings won't work properly : language will be locked on
default, feature of menaging covers with 1/2 won't work at all and you can
experience corrupted files in wiiflow directory (for instance, i've had two
languages and Languages directory, one from windows and another created by
wiiflow at the same time than wiiflow.ini).
I've resolved it by adding an FAT32 partition (primary) and transfering in it
wiiflow and apps/wiiflow, and also by switching NTFS partition (with wbfs) from
primary to logical.

Got the same issue on HDD with a single NTFS partition.

Wiiflow is able to boot, it is also able to update cache, and launch games
properly.

However, it seems something goes wrong when it tries to access wiiflow
directory and/or wiiflow.ini : theme selection is ignored, some items (langage
for instance) in config menu can't be modified, etc.

Same version/configuration on single FAT32 partition or dual
FAT32(wiiflow)+NTFS(games) partitions are working fine.

It would be perfect if this problem could be solved to make it possible to get
rid of any FAT32 partition.

Thank you for your amazing work.
