SVN 615 crash again with FIFA 2012

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Push any option on principal menu o FIFA 2012.
2.tray to return to main menu.
3.Wiflow mod svn 615 crash and necesary hard reset press power buton durectly 
in the wii for 15 seconds.

What is the expected output? What happend instead?

Return to main menu, crash.
What version of the product are you using? Which d2x cIOS version?

SVN 615, CIOS D2X V9 R49 (FIX)
Please provide any additional information below.

SVN522 CRASH, SVN590 WORKS FINE, SVN 615 CRASH AGAIN.
