Show partitions from USB0 and USB1 in options #176

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
When selecting partitions have all the partitions on both drives connected to 
both USB ports (all 4 on Wii U if possible) to choose from.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
This way I can have all my Dios Mios games on one drive connected to USB0 and 
have all my Wii games on a drive connected to USB1.
