custom case colours #26

custom case colours is broken, so we cant set the colours for the case in 
custom_titles.ini

For RED use #FF0000FF
For BLACK use #000000FF

Should work now, no need to use #FF0000FF for red, #FF0000 is enough. Oh and 
they are a few other colors available, see
