To help make the source menu a bit more noob-proof
when the source_menu.ini is not present
just show the five options that the mode button already shows.
Wii, channels, DML, plugins, homebrew.
since the PNG's are already compiled into WiiFlow in
/snv/trunk/data/images/

another implementation with the same result:

have WiiFlow accept an option in source_menu.ini per button to use those 
default icons.
when no source_menu.ini is found, create a default one with those options 
enabled.
