Customizeable "taskbar":P #34

I have another suggestion, can you make the "taskbar", where the exit button, 
config, etc is, customizeable?

It would be much better for most likely, everyone, instead of a set homebrew 
that will only show up if it exists.

If your gonna do that, try to make it possible to be done or ingame inside the 
B button menu, or by drag drop functionality(like windows 7 superbar), or 
inside a config.

Oh, also(not sure if you mind it) but can you remove the "About" button on the 
taskbar, it is a duplicate of "About postloader4.bxx" and thus would not be 
needed there.
Of course it is always up to you, so you decide :3.

Yes, I think that there will be 2 or 3 buttons available for customization, or 
maybe every button on bottombar... I doesn't yet take a decision ;)
