Softchip does not work with Hermes CIOS #103

Problem Disc:

Wii Region: PAL
cIOS Version: Cios 222/223 v4

Which SoftChip revision are you using?

R99, R100, R102

Please describe the issue you're having

Every time I try to play a game with cIOS 222 or 223, SoftChip gives
me ioctl error (DI_ReadID).

Please provide any additional information below.

It does not seem to be a problem with my installation, since other loaders
(such as USB Loader GX and uLoader) work fine with cIOS 222/223.

The development for SoftChip has stopped, so it's doubtful if support for 
Hermes cIOS
will ever be added.
