Game disc detection doesn't work

Which SoftChip revision are you using?

Please describe the issue you're having

Loaded up Link's Crossbow Trainer. Popped out the disc. Waited a few 
seconds and re-inserted it. Game is not detected as being re-inserted.

Please provide any additional information below.

This not likely an issue with softchip per say, however, it may be a good 
time to start digging into the cIOS DIP module and trying to figure out 
why the disc detection doesn't seem to work here.
