Wii calendar and clock are not recognized in game #17

Please describe the issue you're having
--------------------------------------------------
Launching the game through SoftChip does not allow a game like Animal
Crossing to know the official Wii time and date.  On setting up the game,
the game will suggest it's 12:00 on 01/01/2000 instead of fetching the time
from the Wii.  Also, on continuing the game, no time will have passed in
game from the last save and quit point.

Please provide any additional information below.
