Simcity Creator: Freezes on Green Screen #22

Problem Disc: Simcity Creator

Disc Region: PAL
Wii Region: NTSC-U
cIOS Version: Waninkoko IOS36 Rev7 installed as IOS249

Which SoftChip revision are you using?

Please describe the issue you're having
--------------------------------------------------
When starting Simcity Creator with System Default for Video Mode and
Language, it starts the disk but then freezes at green screen. It won't
even get to the "Put on the safety strap! Oh, and buy the Wiimote Jacket
for MOAR safety!" screen.

Please provide any additional information below.

Simcity no workey.

Use Disc Region for Video Mode. Some games don't work with a different Region 
Video
Mode (System Default = NTSC-U, your game = PAL). Could work with a DOL Patch, 
and
could not, just use Disc Region.
