Cancel Disc Wait

Please describe the issue you're having

When you start softchip with no disc in drive and then push A you have a
message that tell you to insert a disc and if you want to quit softchip you
can't. To quit softchip you must insert a disc, wait the disc is loaded and
then push the [Home] button to quit
Perhaps you can do this when no disc is loaded and A button pushed:
Show a message that tell "Please insert a disc or push [home] button to exit".

Wouldn't it be possible, if you make the ios_ioctl for WAITCOVERCLOSE async? 
Until a 
callbackfunction is called, you can test for keypresses, but i dont know, what 
happens, when softchip is closed before the ioctl is completed.

That's the way I'll do it, but right now I have a little bug to fix, something 
needed
before this enhancement.
