can you post a function that Chinese laugage support with chinese_prc.lng

I don't understand what you are asking, what's this chinese_prc.lng? Where do 
you
want Chinese support, in the SoftChip's menu?

Sorry, I think that for now the menu will stay in english, maybe when we quit
pre-alpha...
