sorry this isnt really an issue. Im kinda new to the softchip so yea...
anyways im just wondering how do i update my softchip backup loader. Do i
uninstall the old rev, and install a new one? or just install the new one.
i already compiled the .dol
Also one more thing, It seems my backup loader channel is on my wii menu
instead of the homebrew channel. How do i keep it on my wii menu instead of
installing it into the homebrew channel because its much more convenient if
it was on the Wii menu.

You obivously have a channel with SoftChip, if you want to upgrade it, look for 
a new
version of it from the original author. The SoftChip team didn't release a 
channel,
all released SoftChip channels have no connection to the SoftChip team. The 
team only
supports .dol loading from the homebrew channel or with a forwarder channel. If 
you
have further questions look at GBAtemp or visit the SoftChip irc channel.
