Problem Disc:

Wii Region: NTST

Which SoftChip revision are you using?

Please describe the issue you're having

Whit the Default settings in Video Mode (Disc Region ), MArio Galaxy, show
in black and white, I need to change the Video Mode to Force Wii Region
Please provide any additional information below.

Could you post the discID here? You get black&white playback on PAL consoles if 
the
game is NTSC, or the region is not detected, because SoftChip uses NTSC as 
region if
it's not detected. The region detection uses the 4th character of the discID.

It's not a bug, it's a feature. SoftChip runs PAL discs in PAL video mode if you
select disc region video mode. Sorry i misread your post, i thought you were 
running
a PAL game on a PAL Wii, in that case it could be that SoftChip isn't able to 
detect
the region correctly and run in the wrong video mode. Your tv just doesn't 
support
PAL video mode(s), like most NTSC tvs do.
