Please next time:
1. wait 24 hours, in most cases we are aware of libogc updates and are 
automatically
working at integrating it.
2. link to something that explains why you think an update to SoftChip's source 
is
required(update release notes)
 check if an update is required at all, most updates to libogc don't require changes
to SoftChip's source.

And the latest libogc version is still 1.7.1 and the latest update to DevKitPro 
was
at 10th May which did not even include an update for libogc.
