Proper error message for DVD+Rs #88

When trying to run a game that is burned on a DVD+R and the booktype was
not set to dvd-rom, the discID reading fails. The current error message in
this case is: "Ioctl error (DI_ReadID)". More information is needed if it's
possible to determine between other errors and this issue.
