Add the possibilty to install the required IOS #90

In order to use the function to load the requested IOS it might be
necessary to install it manually. Since the IOS is on the disc, it's
possible to install it directly from SoftChip. This is not a backup
launching feature, but would be nice for people playing import games and do
not want to use the disc update, which would brick their Wiis.

Interesting.  Assuming the disc isn't scrubbed or is an original this should be
possible.  Not sure if it really fits within the project goals at the moment.  
I'll
update after I've given it a bit more thought.
