USB loader 1.5 cIOS36r10 conflicts with ISO249 #94

Please describe the issue you're having

I have softchipR90 installed in my wii and it runs well. Later i tried to 
install USB loader 1.5 that needs cIOS36r10 to run. 

When i tried to install cIOS36r10 using Wankinkoko WAD Manager 1.4, 
everything seemed ok, but the USB loader 1.5 would not recognize the USB 
drive. I used any title deleter to remove cios249 (it was installed wehen 
i installed SoftchipR90) then used waninkoko cois36r10 installer from the 
network and now the USB Loader 1.5 is working. Problem is now my 
softchipR90 is not working because i have deleted the cIOS249.

Please provide any additional information below.

Current codebase is pretty stagnant.  The next revision should have this fixed.
