Modification to parental control model #476

Currently the parental control lets me disable controls and to hide games when 
in "child" mode. This is inconvenient when I then want to play one of the 
"hidden" games.

What I'd suggest is that one can always "see" all games, but when one selects 
to play an adult game, that then one is promted to enter the pin and only if 
correct, then the game playing proceeds. This would block it from kids, but 
make it convenient access for adults.

BTW, generally a fantastic job!

It's designed the way it is on purpose. We don't want our kids crying to play a 
Game we have that they aren't allowed to. Out of sight out of mind.
