Extend plugins load method #549

Since some plugins are based on apps that doesn't have ntfs support, how about 
another menu like the one for the emu nand saves, that turn on/off the ability 
to copy the selected game for certain plugins to another device-partition, 
after choosing the "play" button and before the plugin starts copy the file, 
log the gamename in a text file and then run the emulator.

Later, at the splash screen of wiiflow check for the "copied games" text file 
and delete them (in case they still exists), allowing the plugins to turn off 
the console at any time, but still preserve the space in the secondary device.

By doing this wiiflow could add support for storing games in an ntfs device 
until the other developers update their apps.

This could be great for people with non sdhc cards that have big libraries.
