as my https://github.com/qyx268/dragons was not forked from https://github.com/smutch/dragons, it's better to transfer https://github.com/smutch/dragons or https://github.com/EMventura/dragons

I'm away to deal with smutch/dragons#3 now. We can transfer from my repo once that's done.

I've just moved it after making some updates to the packaging and setting up the infra to build and serve the docs.
