RSS is hopelessly broken #5

The RSS feed is hopelessly broken and probably needs a complete rewrite. Depressing that there is no decent library for Atom or RSS in Python3.

We have replaced our broken RSS with a brand new Atom feed. All old bugs have also been replaced with new bugs.
