When running catalog/fetch.py in python 3.7.6 I receive an error:

OSError: [Errno 24] Too many open files

Hey @him2him2, I am so sorry that I didn't see this until just now. That pull request looked great! That was a much better way to handle the files and web requests, so I merged it in. Thank you for the contribution! I've turned on notifications so I should be quicker to get ahold of now
