Command Map's for dynamically scoped namespace management of advice and hooks. Some very alpha example modules under the 'modules' directory. Doc changes next...

Yes, I'm alive and worked with Derek on the PR. I've bumped Eloud up a few notches on the priority list and we're hoping to see some improvements in the coming months. I think this PR from Derek represents a good new direction after a long pause.

I know that some folks do use this code and have been waiting for fixes and improvements, and that the lack of progress has been frustrating. I can only point to the usual (dissertation, now complete, but also a newborn baby and a new business to run).

Let us know if you have thoughts on the PR. I'll also be taking a look at the (long) outstanding issues when I can.
