Support /* type of comments with user defined regions #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- enable user defined regions
- create a cooment of the form
/* [start] */
lalal
lalal
lalal
/* [end] */

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I think it would be cool if you could fold these too!
