My gateway firmware is version 1.3.1_140 and software returns "Curent version is up to date.". How to upgrade to version 1.4.1_141.0141?

I've got it. I set locale (MiHome Profile/Settings/...) to Mainland China (was United States). Reset the gateway and it found new firmware updates.
