Update tooltip hints in the schema page #10

The tooltips for Constellations are less descriptive than those of Resources. Update the text to make them more understandable.

Updated tooltips in https://github.com/snac-cooperative/snac-openrefine-extension/commit/c06c59636e5473fa79776e46b5c1dfd1e2c19cc1 but still need to address others.
