OpenRefine endpoint improvements #203

OpenRefine has better defined its api and provided better wiki data examples. We should update our reconciliation endpoint to provide a preview url, and suggest api for finding other terms (vocab) in snac.

Dumb question: I cannot figure out what your OpenRefine reconciliation endpoint is. Is it documented anywhere?

According to https://twitter.com/annechardo/status/1195073434197352455 it is at http://openrefine.snaccooperative.org/ Still, it would be worth documenting somewhere I think!
