Login fails on emails with uppercase letters #257

Accounts with capital letters in their email address are hitting errors while attempting to log in.

To Reproduce

  1. Capitalize one letter of a working user's email field.
  2. Log in to SNAC
  3. User sees the following error: Invalid User: The Google account does not exist in our system. Please log-in again with a different account.
