Postprocess EAD Parsed data for OpenRefine input #296

Post-process the tables that are exported from SNAC on converting EAD to OR tables to better support Open Refine records:

split on # and ^
date and place split to [date, date type] or [place, place type]
any others split to multiple rows

Each new row added should have the same number of columns, but leave the first column empty so that OR will combine the new rows with the previous record.
