Data Cleanup: Previous Merges applied to Production #96

There are 9 Constellations that were merged previously, pre-postgres. They need to be combined back appropriately based on the way they were merged before being ingested into snac. Afterwards, the sameAs relations using ARKs need to be removed.

I have access to the merged CPF XML on my laptop, so I can track down how they should have been merged and apply the actions manually with our current merge functionality.
