Description

This merge will implement much of the Label Module

Major Features

Users can leave boxes on the FE by making two clicks for the box bounds
Users can delete existing labels by right clicking within them
Users can create new label types on the FE
Users can adjust existing label types on the FE
Users can delete label types on the FE
The FE sends segmentation data on slice transition
The FE receives existing label data on slice transition
Add a FE component to view existing label types and their colors
Add keybinds to allow the user to navigate label type via up/down arrows

Minor Features

Update dependencies
Increase pylint line limit to 100 characters per line
Add docstrings to functions

Issues Resolved
