Ansible script for provisioning of test server #15

Put it in new repository called snaekobbi/system.

The script will install the various components of the system through Debian packages:

The script will be versioned so that it can be referenced from test cases. Also this could be the home for the release notes of the system.

In addition to a provisioning script for the test server, there could be a provisioning script for the package repo server.

There can also be a Vagrant test.
