OK, we could do that. Shouldn't be a big problem. But what exactly would be the use case? Which sighted people are going to read unicode braille?
I guess it would be more useful for producers or maybe teachers.
Maybe we could even use a font that renders each unicode braille letter as ASCII-characters?
Here I see more a use case for braille & print "interlining" actually, which could be accomplished by readers systems that use the renditionMapping.html document in a smart way.
But yes, rendering unicode braille patters as ASCII characters is also a possibility.
When producing e-braille, we may need to bundle fonts to make sure that the unicode braille characters are rendered properly on all reading systems.
