Support collapsing margins #30

Margins are now collapsing in OBFL/Dotify, and padding (non-collapsing) has been added to OBFL/Dotify. What's left to do now is to map CSS padding to OBFL padding and CSS margin to OBFL margin, instead of converting everything to margins.
