InfoWindow missing name of tracked #16

- InfoWindow should include tracked's name.
- Speed must have unit type (default is m/s)

When a tracked have no new position (lastestWaypoint have same result as
last request):

- if tracker has finished it's animate walking, remove polyline and arrow.
When open it's infoWindow, show only one field: status: loss signal.
