refactor: add css sorting mechanism #128

resolves #102

This sorts all the css we have with concentric-css order

Order properties applying outside the box model, moving inward to intrinsic changes.

  1. Positioning
  2. Visibility
  3. Box model
  4. Dimensions
  5. Text

Because this touches pretty much all the files we have, before merging we should

  1. merge all PRs
  2. rebase to main
  3. format the codebase which will reorder the css props
