Discount time shifted #79

I am trying to put in a discount for 4pm on the backend site and it is showing up as 4:30pm

this could be due to the business hours starting at 11:30am but the pricing adjustment bars start at 11am (causing a 30 min shift?)

Trying to adjust pricing on the backend and noticed the shift is still happening (Safari Bar and Grill). I think its fixed from the resto user end, but not on the backend site. See below:
