Salt can bug out during provisioning if you have a real salt master on your network #9

This seems to be a Salt issue rather than a Vagrant issue. Hopefully it will fix itself over time, otherwise I'll open a new Salt issue.

Workaround: Make sure you are not on a network with a Salt server called salt when you provision the VM.
