Snakeploy Installation Fails #12

Hello!

Snakeploy isn't pulling all the required workflow rules, meaning attempts to run the pipeline will give you FileNotFoundError. It's still possible to successfully complete the installation manually from github, of course, it's just a little confusing for non savvy users trying to follow the instructions as written on the workflow catalog.

Ah, I think that is because the version that is pulled (tag v2.0) might be broken, let's see if a v2.1 tag will solve it (after addressing the remaining open issues).
