Check out Isovar neoantigen prediction #2

A neoantigen prediction pipeline from Hammerlab, mostly making use of the Isovar tool from OpenVax.

This seems to be one of the most interesting and up-to-date approaches for an extensive neoantigen prediction workflow.

Good catch. We definitely need to compare isovar-derived peptides with microphaser.
