generate benchmarking data for MogonII #2

upon working stage-in/out:

  1. generate 3-fold benchmarks for map_reads for
    • broadwell & skylake nodes
    • with and without stage-in (turn off stage-in by out commenting the relevant lines in the config)
    • scaling for 20, 40 (broadwell) and 64 threads (skylake)
  2. generate benchmarks for the samtools nodes (architecture: irrelevant)
    • test scaling for 1 (baseline), 2, 4, 8, 16 threads (1-fold)
    • evtl. higher thread numbers
    • for highest scaling 3-fold benchmark
  3. tabulate all data in README file for this project
