style: Convert README.md from CRLF to LF line terminators #7

This PR is the result of running dos2unix README.md: line terminators are converted from CRLF (Windows/DOS style) to LF (UNIX style).

This aligns the line-termination style of README.md with other files in the repository and in other Snakemake repositories.
