docker container does not contain the same scripts as in the repository #15

the repository contains the following scripts: Convert2XL.R GOannotation.py GraphicalAbstractProkSeq.png gff3_2_gtf.sh gtf2bed.sh gtfList libmod plotScript.R prokseq.py runCheck.py samtools.sh setup.sh

the docker container contains: gff3_2_gtf.sh gtf2bed.sh libmod pipeline-v2.8.py pythonR.py samtools.sh

so it is impossibe to run even the tests as described in the manual
