I am trying to use Prokseq in a Mac OS (v11.6) environment and have installed all dependent packages except readFasta and Salmon. It seems that the readFasta package provided in your folder is only for Linux and could not run under Mac OS. I am not sure where I can find the source code for readFasta and build myself? If not, is there a way to skip requirement of readFasta?
