Students should be able to "report" a question and leave feedback about what's not working.
A report should grab their current state and ask for some text as well as a classification of what exactly is broken.
Then we should build a way of monitoring which questions have the most feedback / reports.
Reports should probably be open/closed and have a "reviewer" or something, though that can come later I suppose.
