Setup 3rd party logging tool #95

It'd be nice not to have to sign into the server and grep - and would hopefully make it easier for others to search logs.

This one is not done. :/

What I would find really useful is something like Kibana / Grafana that actually knows about parameters and routes and stuff like that.

Eg https://aws.amazon.com/elasticsearch-service/

But honestly I will probably just use their basic cloud watch service
